Kru Nid (Arjarn Komkai Klingpakdee) has more than 30 years of experience in Thai Dance. She started learning Thai Dance in grade 5 and continued on to finish her BFA degree, majoring in Thai Dance. Currently she is the executive director for the Thai Dance department at Banditpatanasilapa Institute (Thai Performing Art University).

Kru Nid was selected to set up a Thai students' dance troupe to perform in many different countries. She was a student of Arjarn Chaleur Sukhavanich, Arjarn Lamoot Yamacoup, and Arjarn Jumreung Putthapradub who were all Thai National Artists.
